Grade Level/Discipline: 9 - 12 media specialist/TOK (Theory of Knowledge) teacher
Few Facts about myself:
Fact 1: Working on a second masters in Museum Studies through JHU.
Fact 2: Coach track and play rugby.
Fact 3: Desperately planning a trip to Marrakech.
Fact 4: Recently took in a stray cat that turned out to be pregnant and now I have 6 cats (momma and 5 babies)... anyone want a kitten???
What I'd like to learn or get out of this course:
I am really hoping to have things to share with my staff next school year. With our monthly collaborations, I would like to work on tech skills with some of our teachers. We have a number that are reluctant to use certain technologies and so I hope to be able to arm myself with information from this course to help convince them to try some things out.
My favorite game(s):
I have always been a Mario/Zelda girl and now with the Wii I can continue to play not only the classics, but all of the new ones too. I am really excited for the release of Super Mario Galaxy 2!!!
